One profile, every document

Your business name, logo, brand colour, address, tax ID and payment details are saved once in your browser and used by every SmallKits tool. Customers, suppliers, tenants, students and employees you have used before appear as suggestions, so the second document takes seconds.

Documents that follow each other

Most sales move through the same steps. With SmallKits each step can become the next one in a tap: a quotation becomes an invoice, an invoice becomes a receipt, a sales order becomes a delivery note, and a timesheet becomes an invoice. The customer and the items come with it, and the new document gets its own number.

Designed to look professional

Choose between Studio, Banner and Minimal designs, with your logo and brand colour. The preview is drawn by the same engine as the PDF, so what you see is exactly what you download. Documents work in A4 and US Letter and in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Swahili.

Private and offline

Nothing you type is uploaded. PDFs are made in your browser, your documents are kept in this browser only, and the tools keep working without a connection once you have opened them. Download a backup at any time from Advanced settings.

Is this really free?

Yes. Every document generator on SmallKits is free and unlimited, with no sign-up, no trial and no watermark.

Which document should I send first?

Usually a quotation or estimate, then an invoice once the customer agrees, then a receipt when they pay. The table above shows the full sequence.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Add it once in the From section. It is cleaned up automatically and used on every document.

Are these documents legally valid?

They contain the information most countries expect. Some countries require registered businesses to use government e-invoicing (for example Kenya’s eTIMS for VAT invoices), so check the rules where you work.

Can I keep copies of what I make?

Yes. Every document you download is saved under Documents in this browser, where you can open, duplicate or convert it.

Do the tools work on a phone?

Yes. They are designed for phones first, with Edit and Preview views and a Share button for WhatsApp.

Is there a document or tool you need?

Read only by the SmallKits team. Please do not include anything you typed into a document.
