By using SmallKits you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and readable.
Free to use
The tools are free and unlimited for personal and commercial use. You own everything you make with them, and there is no watermark.
Use them honestly
Use SmallKits only for real transactions and lawful purposes. Do not use it to create false or misleading documents, imitate another organisation’s documents, or deceive anyone.
You are responsible for your documents
SmallKits helps with layout and arithmetic, but you are responsible for checking that each document is correct and meets the rules where you work, including tax, invoicing and employment rules. Some countries require registered businesses to issue invoices through a government system. Payslip deductions are typed by you; SmallKits does not calculate tax.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use, including lost data. Your data is stored in your browser: keep backups of anything important.
Our site and its code
The SmallKits website, including its text, design, document layouts, icons and software code, is owned by SmallKits and protected by copyright. You may use the tools, but you may not copy, mirror, scrape, frame, reverse engineer or redistribute the site or its code, build a competing copy of it, or use any part of it to train or improve AI models. Search engines may index public pages as allowed by our robots.txt file. Documents you make with the tools remain yours.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve SmallKits without obligation to you.
