Signatures where they matter
Orders and deliveries are where disputes start, so these documents come with signature blocks switched on: customer acceptance on a sales order, approval on a purchase order, received-in-good-condition with a stamp box on a delivery note, and drop-off and collection on a job card.
Two copies in one PDF
A delivery note needs one copy for the customer and one for you. Choose Original and Duplicate, or Customer copy and Our copy, and both come out in one PDF, labelled in the corner. Delivery notes, job cards and vouchers can also be printed two to a page and cut in half.
Each step flows into the next
A sales order becomes a delivery note with the same items and no prices, then an invoice that takes off the deposit already paid. A purchase order becomes a goods-received note. A job card becomes an invoice or a receipt when the customer collects.
