Get paid faster
Invoices are paid faster when they are clear and easy to act on. Put the due date where it cannot be missed, show the total in large type, and include how to pay: bank details, mobile money or a payment link. SmallKits does all three by default and keeps your payment details for the next time.
From quote to receipt without retyping
Start from a quotation and turn it into an invoice in one tap. When the invoice is paid, mark it as paid or make a receipt. If something changes, issue a credit or debit note that refers to the invoice number. Every document you download is kept under Documents in your browser, so you can always find the original.
Numbering that keeps you compliant
Many countries, including all EU member states and the UK, require invoices to be numbered in an unbroken sequence. SmallKits fills in the next number for each document type automatically: INV-0001 for invoices, PF-0001 for proformas, CN-0001 for credit notes. You can change the prefix or switch to hard-to-guess numbers under Advanced settings.
