SmallKits is built so that what you type into a tool never leaves your device.
What is stored, and where
Details you enter (such as your business, customers, items, logo, signature and documents) are saved in your browser’s storage on your own device, so they are there next time. They are not sent to us or anyone else, and we cannot see them.
How files are made
PDFs and other files are created inside your browser using code served from this website. Files you open in the PDF tools are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Messages you send us
If you use a feedback form or “Suggest a tool”, we receive your message, the page you sent it from, your country (from your connection) and, only if you give it, your email address so we can reply. To block spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, and we keep a scrambled, daily-changing code derived from your connection to limit how many messages one sender can post. We never sell or share messages, and we delete them on request.
Anonymous counts
We count how often each tool is used (for example “a PDF was downloaded from the invoice generator”) and which searches found nothing, without cookies and without anything that identifies you. We may also count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Error reports
If something breaks, your browser may send us a short technical report: the error message, the page address and your browser version. It never includes anything you typed.
Removing your data
Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings removes everything stored on your device. To keep a copy or move to another device, use the backup option inside each document tool. To have a message you sent us deleted, ask us and include the date you sent it.
